The GED program is for adults who never finished high school, and it gives them the opportunity to earn an equivalent degree.

To get all set for the computer-based GED exam, you can attend a class at a facility listed below or register for an accredited online prep course like the online program developed by Onsego GED Prep.
Our website includes free online GED classes and practice tests that let you discover if an online study course works for you.

Online Proctored GED Test
There had never been an online option to take the GED test. That is, until recently! If you wanted to earn a GED, you had to show up personally at an official Florida GED testing center and pass the four GED subtests.
Now, with the arrival of a new, online, proctored GED testing option, that has all changed. An online GED testing proctor will guide you through the entire test-taking process. Go to this article -> ‘The online GED test introduced’ to learn more. Please note, however, that the online GED test was suspended in Florida on Jan 10, 2024.
