Welcoming the Online GED Test

There had never been, until recently, an online option to take the GED exam. To acquire your GED diploma, you had to come to one of Florida’s state-designated testing sites and sit for the four GED modules in person.

But now, with the introduction of a new, online, proctored GED test, that has changed. An online proctor will be guiding you through the entire online test-taking process. On January 10, 2024, however, Florida suspended the online version of the GED test. To learn more, visit ‘The online GED exam introduced.’
