These classes are available at no cost, thanks to a $50,000 Library Services and Technology Act Grant. Introducing the Online HiSET and GED Exams
Taking the GED or HiSET exam over the Internet was, until recently, not possible. If you were looking to get hold of your North Carolina HSE diploma, you were required to come to one of the state’s designated testing centers.
However, there have been some interesting developments, such as the introduction of online formats for the HiSET and GED tests.
