Listed here are all GED prep sites and testing locations in the Grand Rapids, Minnesota region. Minnesota is using the GED exam for high school equivalency testing.
The GED test can be taken online or at certified Minnesota test centers.
The exam offers adults who never completed high school the chance to get hold of an equivalent degree.
Testing is done at a comparable level to what HS graduates are expected to know.
The GED® exam is entirely computerized and has four subtests in math, literacy, science, and social studies.
You may take the four subtests (modules) one (or more) at a time.
To earn your GED diploma, you were required to come to an official Minnesota test center, as online testing was no option. Recently, however, an online GED testing option was introduced. Learn more below.

Can I join the army with a GED?Online GED Test
Until recently, GED testing was not offered via the internet. You had to appear at one of Minnesota’s state-approved GED testers centers, and you had to sit for the four GED subtests in person. But now, with the introduction of an online proctored GED testing option, that has changed. You can find more information here: ‘Introducing the online GED test.’

Your Future
Among the best ways to kick-start your career or get into college, training school, trade school, or university in Minnesota is investing in your education. Particularly when you did not finish your four years of high school education, it may get very difficult to make any progress in any professional field or go on with your education, and this is precisely where the GED diploma can play an important role.
Advancement on the work floor and progression in higher education are elements that will definitely bring a boost to the quality of life of you and those around you. Don’t forget that the path toward achieving a better life begins as soon as you have decided to go the GED way. People with a GED (or high school diploma) usually make up to $10,000 more per year than those without a secondary education credential.
