Online GED Testing
Until a few years back, GED testing over the Internet was not available. To acquire your GED diploma, you needed to appear in person at one of Minnesota’s official GED testing centers, where you had to sit for the four GED subtests face-to-face.
Well, that changed as an online proctored GED testing format was introduced some years back. To read more, check out ‘Introducing the online GED test.’
Note that, to qualify for online GED testing, you first must reach passing scores (in the ‘green’ zone) on the GED Ready practice test.
For each GED subtest, there is such a practice test, making it four in total, that can be purchased on the GED.com website for $7.99 each\.
So, that’s an extra $32 0n top of your regular GED testing fees. Onsego students with an Advantage Plan, available from $79, receive four GED Ready vouchers as part of their plan, a $32 value bonus!
