It doesn’t matter when you left school.

The GED® program gives adults who didn’t graduate high school another shot at obtaining an equivalent degree.

The GED exam includes four individual tests (modules) in Math, Science, Literacy, and Social Studies.

Testing happens at a level that compares to what students must command upon graduation from high school.

You have the liberty to sit for one subtest at a time; you are not required to complete all four tests in one take.

Online GED testing was never an option, but now, we have seen a new development with the introduction of a new online proctored GED testing option. Read more below.

A Better Future

Companies, government organizations, and academic institutions recognize the GED certificate as the best substitute for a high school qualification. The GED program gives people without a high school diploma a “second chance” to achieve better work opportunities and entry into colleges and universities.

The GED exam is playing a key role in our national economy and can be of great help to persons who never did finish high school, and employers and universities continue to accept the GED diploma as comparable to a high school degree.

In case you never got your high school or equivalent diploma, it will be virtually impossible to secure reasonably paying employment. Usually, even entry-level positions require applicants to hold at least a secondary education degree.
