There are four independent GED subject tests.
How to start?
To start your GED prep, click on the name of the chosen subject and follow the directions on the screen.
- Select the subject that you think is easiest for you
- Most students choose GED Language, then GED Social Studies, GED Science, and GED Math.
- Follow a lesson plan
- Watch 2-3 videos each time
- Take 2-3 short practice tests
Create your own learning routine
- Study at least 30 minutes 2 times a week
- Take GED Practice Tests
- Take the official GED Ready Test
- If you pass the GED Ready Test, schedule the real GED Test
This increases confidence and morale and keeps you motivated to continue to the more difficult subjects.
Free GED Classes Online requirements
- Students will need access to the internet
- Students need to have access to a smartphone, a tablet, or a computer with the ability to hear audio.
